Order Process

You can order here. When ordering please add all specifications required, including quantity, item, description, customer name, shipping address, telephone number and email address. Our processing time takes 3 to 5 business days. Order processing begins after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

We currently ship to all parishes in Jamaica. If you are outside Jamaica please send us an email at operations@chemqualco.com to find out how you can order or send us a DM on Instagram @chemqualco or call at 876-570-2052. We ship with various carries including Bearer service, Zipmail (Jamaica Postal Service) and Knutsford Express. Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator via zipmail and knutsford express since the weight calculated on the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material. Clients will be updated on all shipping information within 24 hours after shipping.

Missing/Wrong/Damage Items

ChemqualCo takes great care in packing orders. Please check the invoice against the actual shipment. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 2 days after receiving the order.

If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 2 business days after receiving the order and the shipping carrier (Knutsford or Jamaica Post) immediately in order to make a claim as we cannot take responsibility for damaged packages.
